The first video confirms one thing for me: Mario's FLUDD attack sucks, and quite frankly I was quite.disappointed at this.
It was nice to see sandbag make an appearance, although I'm not convinced that he'd be any use in battle as an offensive item.
The second video, I thought was better: Kirby's FS really looks like it packs a serious punch. Seeing Snake in action was also great.

Hmm... so the Northeast is all good. Sweet. A good chunk of you guys live along the East Coast here in the US of A, right? And I know all my buds I would be playing with are online in the East as well. Not too shabby. Sucks with a few of the old Super Smash Stadium folks who live more out west, but their problem ;p

I really liked Kirby's FS. It looks so easy to do. Just press the button and it automatically draws all opponents into the pot. No need to aim or anything. But Samus's FS is really good. She racks up tons of damage to her opponents before losing her Power Suit. Damn, I wish the game would come out sooner! I want to play that game!

Michigan isn't too far from the East Coast. I think I could probably play with Europe.
Anyway, it was a cool video. Here are the people (as I imagine them) who were playing in the Japanese video: *Kirby - Masahiro Sakurai *Mario - Shigeru Miyamoto *Ike - An employee channeling the ghost of Gunpei Yokoi *Snake - Special guest Hideo Kojima

Hmm...Missouri (my state of residence) is Central...not that big a deal though. It's close to the east and, well...England...I guess

Doesn't matter how close to England you are... we're probably not getting the game for, like, forever

This was a all-night LAN Party, so... Mario = Shigeru Miyamoto Link = Eiji Aonuma Samus = Random Employee channeling Gunpei Yokoi Sonic = Yuji Naka This was Loser Out so only Miyamoto stays. Kirby = Masahiro Sakurai Mario = Shigeru Miyamoto Ike = Shouzou Kaga, creator of Fire Emblem Snake = Hideo Kojima They uploaded two of their matches because they forgot to plan an update because of the All-Night Brawl!

- An item that makes you keep shooting once being equipped... was it confirmed before? You mean the Super Scope? Anyways, after watching this, and every other video, I noticed Smash Balls appear every 30 seconds. I'm sure it can be changed, but that seems the default. Wow, neat observation! Well, I'm not sure if it's the Super Scope. It keeps you firing... seems to be involuntary too. Michigan isn't too far from the East Coast. I think I could probably play with Europe. So you think you can play 2 consecutive matches - one of which Japanese (1P, 2P, 3P, 4P) and the other American (P1, P2, P3, P4) ? Even with the language option, it's not possible (Because if so, you need to go out, go to Option, and change the language)!

I think the gun that keeps firing is the Cracker Launcher. Could be wrong tho.

The gun that keeps firing is the Blaster thingie from SSBM - the other lazor gun, only this one fired green rays instead of Power Pellets yellow pellets. The only item that maybe-coulda-kinda come from Star Fox.

Seems that I failed to see that thing as a joke or something. I think the gun that keeps firing is the Cracker Launcher. Could be wrong tho. *Checks description* could be it.

The only item that maybe-coulda-kinda come from Star Fox. I was sure it was just the Laser item. It didn't explode like the Cracker Launcher, and wasn't fast enough (or charged) like the Super Scope. Oh, and don't forget... Smart Bombs are now a Star Fox item! Hooray!

My imagining of how the battle went is far out shined by yours. Your version is the penultimate Nintendo battle!
