Sure sucks the Parasol, Red Shell, and Flipper got removed. I can see why the Flipper got removed (Sakurai brough back the Bumper from SSB, so..) but the removal of the Parasol and Barrel Cannon, eludes me at the moment. I admit the Barrel Cannon was kinda useless, but I liked hitting people with that parasol. Oh well. As for the Red shell, I doubt it's gone. Maybe it's been lumped in with the Green Shell and you randomly get one or the other. |

Im glad that the flipper got replaced with the bumper. So many laughs with SSB64! I always thought that the flipper in melee got annoying after a while so I used to turn it off all the time.

Man I kinda liked the parasol. It was fun to float around and scratch people, only to get killed off right away. Ohwell, I guess there's still Peach. And apparently G&W's parachute actually works this time. I'll miss Kirby's bumbling float animation though.

The Barrel Cannon, albeit short-lived, was kind of fun sometimes. And I did enjoy the Parasol.

Is there anything new on that list aside from Red Shells? Fireball item appearance? I've seen that in a video somewhere..it does exacly what red shell would do(i think) but moves slower. Actually it just rotates around the stage. It doesn't have any homing capabilities. |

I've seen that in a video somewhere..it does exacly what red shell would do(i think) but moves slower. Yeah, I took that screen from the Japanese wii commercial. Its certainly Lil Sparky, heres the sprite from SMW.  Also, i think it would be great if Yoshi could swallow the red shell and spit out 3 fireballs ;D |
