Well, I've been working on this all day - and I'm horrified at how slowly it's going! Nowhere near finished, but I've got the base information in there for now. It's the Super Smash Bros. Brawl My Music GuideI've done all the Mario/Yoshi/DK/Wario stages, the Zelda stages and made a start on Metroid. I've also put basic information in for all the other stages. But can everyone check through and let me know of anything wrong? I do have a couple questions that have been annoying me as well: Battle Scene / Final Boss (Golden Sun)It took me ages to find out that the Battle Scene was actually from GS2. I'm just not hearing the Final Boss battle music in the remix though. Can any Golden Sun fans make sure I have the information right, or give me a more accurate description of the Final Boss music? 2:00 a.m. (Animal Crossing)Well, I can guarantee that this isn't the 2:00 a.m. theme from the original Animal Crossing, but I can't find a copy of the Wild World music to confirm it was only in that game. I also sold my copy of the game Can anyone help? In other news, whoever called that track "Gyromite" is a smacktard. The tracks are all from Stack-Up, dammit!

The Golden Sun song is a mix between regular battles and the last boss (In The Lost Age), so yeah, it's right.
The 2 AM theme is from Wild World, so also right.
Great job on the list though! But if it's not too much trouble, do you think you could list the artists? If you need help with them, I could always tell you (As they're listed in sound test in Brawl).

Are you going to put who composed the remixes? Just curious. Edit - TV Eye beat me to it. XD
Under Luigi's Mansion, you have the Ground/Airship theme with a CD icon, but there is no mention of how to unlock it.
Golden Forest (1080) in Port Town is an unlockable track that you have to collect a CD for - there isn't a CD icon next to it on the list.
That's what I caught. Glad to see you did this, Fry - I don't have many more CD's to collect!

Cool stuff Fry! Tedious stuff to write about, isn't it? EDIT: Isn't the first part of the Famicom Medley from the Vs. mode of Super Mario Bros. 3?

Okay that's pretty neat. I was actually wondering what songs I was missing and how I could get 'em, so thanks a lot Fry. Also music taken directly from Gyromite would've been totally sweet.
Though I think they changed the speed of the DK bonus stage music to match up with the map music. Other then that it's completely the same.
Haha you just couldn't resist writing that could you?

Fantastic stuff. I'll get to fixing some of these tonight. And now to respond to individual comments, with a liberal use of the quote tag! No problem Teev, but I'm gonna get the basic information and unlockables up first. Then go back and do this bit again. Still doesn't sound like the Golden Sun final boss theme to me Hmm, I seem to have skipped two of the songs on that stage. Weird. I shall fix those. The same tune plays at the start of Vs. Mode and the Hammer Bros. battles. And it's not tedious so much as just reeeeeally slow! Indeed. I noticed that image link was broken, but by the time I finished and uploaded it, I was too tired to care I'll fix that later. I am also aware that the Pirate Ship image doesn't work. That's because there's been no Dojo update yet! Although it's the last stage to be shown, and because we got Toon Link last week, I'm guessing we'll see it this week. Well spotted

Having never played the original Super Mario Bros. 3 for any longer than to get a screen shot of Fire Luigi/Mario, I had no idea the battle mode music was the same as the Hammer Bros. battle. Is it the same as in the All Star remake, as thats the one I've beaten. Yeah, it is slow. About half of them are ones we as Nintendo fans probably know, ane half are ones you have to research (like the Gyromite track. I had no idea what that was till now!). I'm to that point in my guide, along with stages. Stages and items shouldn't take any more than a half week or so though.

I reckon I could get stages and items done in no time at all. This is possibly the biggest task outside of trophies! Yes, this is marking a new beginning for Brawl updates. I started with music as that's all I have! We're still looking at a June/July release in the UK, and I have no way of taking screenshots, except directly from the Dojo. So... I'm going to need some help from you guys ;D I desire screenshots showing trophies, stickers, characters, attacks, taunts, items, Pokemon, Assists... everything in the damn game that can be construed as a cameo I believe it's the same in all versions. I didn't have to worry about that much research, as I recognise nearly all of the music. But there's one or two places that throw you. The Brinstar remix actually being from Metroid Prime Pinball, for example. How am I supposed to know that!? I'm also fairly sure I never realised that the Final Destination (Melee) music was a remix of the SSB64 credits music. That's 7 years of not noticing

The GS music comes from the Felix battle music (#48 in the GSTLA screct sound test) and the Doom Dragon one (#54). The remix found in SSBB plays at a faster pace.

Yes, but that would be stealing. I'd much rather get some nice custom screenshots of the characters in-game from you guys ;D

Yes, but that would be stealing. I'd much rather get some nice custom screenshots of the characters in-game from you guys ;D I would love to lend my skills to this endeavor ;D I know a couple great taunts that are cameos (Jigglypuff, Peach, Mario and a few others have some brilliant ones), and...well...I just love messing 'round with the camera function XD I'll get you some great screens. And if you want to look through the ones I already have up at my LiveJournal Photobucket account, feel free to pick at them.
What I need to know is if you're interested in pictures of Kirby Hats, as well as Metal Gear and Sonic the Hedgehog cameos.
