The only problem with All-Stars is when the CPU gets an item. You can be doing well and then BAM they get a Hammer or a Lyn.

BTW, All Star Mode is incredibly difficult. Just do it on Easy and burn through coins as you have to continue. It's only 10 coins per Continue, which is soooo easy to come by.You're right, but I just don't get the satisfaction at beating it on easy as I do normal. Oh well. Alls fair I guess...

So if all-star mode is this hard(except if you continue) how hard is boss battle mode?

Boss battles are more repetitive than they are hard. It gets pretty boring fighting the same bosses over and over and over again.

Do you get a trophy for the character or something? Like in Melee you got three trophies for each character.

Nope, there's only the character trophies that you get through Classic Mode, and the Final Smash trophies that you you get through All-Star Mode. Of course, some characters like Mario have multiple trophies: there's the SSBB Mario trophy, as well as a Paper Mario trophy and a Mario Strikers trophy, for example. The same way there's a Toon Link trophy and an Outset Link trophy (which is Link in his blue and orange lobster jammies from Wind Waker). But any other spin off trophy like Strikers Mario or Outset Link aren't obtained in any particular special way unless they're a Challenge reward.

Okay......that is okay. I think Sakurai was a little lazy witht the trophies in brawl. Only a little, because I know there are heaps and heaps of trophies. But now we have got to go to the dojo if we want to find out names of their attacks. I enjoyed getting all those trophies in Melee. I only have Crazy hand, giga bowser and Master hand to go. Oh and final destenation. Beating those two hands is so hard.

I would've liked a boss from each series, but I think we got a pretty decent amount. Can't say I care for the Brawl-original bosses, though. Or stage enemies, for that matter. It would've been much more EPICZ0R if all of those guys had been lifted from old Nintendo games.

I think there are plenty enough bosses really. Those mini-bosses are annoying though, that guy with the two massive cleavers for arms! I've been KOed at 0% before.
Bosses from nintendo games would have been awesome yep!

Brawl went sooo far and never completed the marathon. It was like.. just there. All these things you guys are talking about are complaints I've had myself. The game is fantastic, but there are just certain things that are like: "why?"
There's an insane amount of trophies but they focus heavily on certain series. You'll get Bronto Burt, Bullet Bill, Buzzy Beetle, Bulbin, Burrowing Sneegret, Crazy Redd, and Space Pirate trophies, right? There are weird ones like that in there, that don't seem as necessary as others but beef the hell out of your Kirby and Mario collections. But then you only get four Kid Icarus, Yoshi, or Wario trophies. And they cut back heavily on the amount of "Other Nintendo" trophies, which are mostly all Assists and Kururin/Marionation Gear now with only a few others. No Bubbles. No Sheriff. Not even Tamagon, despite the Devil being there. Personally, they should have let you add your trophies from Melee to the collection to make it feel more complete. That's my opinion.
A lot of the trophies are in-game models they borrowed too. Almost all the Zelda ones are just models ripped from TP or WW, and there are examples of some that are just pictures on trophy stands. And what was really weird was that Daisy's only trophy is her in her Strikers outfit, rather than the dress.
And another weird thing: all the Pokemon stickers are the models used in Brawl. There's NO official Pokemon art in the sticker collection done by Sugimori or Game Freak. Can anybody explain that at all?

Another thing about Brawl I didn't like understand was that they never showed the origin of Master Hand or why Ganondorf was serving him. Hell, they didn't even talk about why Tabuu was doing everything he was doing. That kinda pissed me off.
