I noticed you didn't have the manual page with Metroid cameo in Kid Icarus, Fry. Here is a rather bad scan of it, taken from an online manual site: www.replacementdocs.com/download.php?view.1707Sorry about the large white space; thats the rest of the Paint default size. I dunno how to get rid of it, although I'm sure you could fix the picture if you decide to use it for something. As for another, this is one I brought up in the Kirby cameo page a while back: In Kirby Air Ride, Kirby wears Popo's parka from Super Smash Bros. Melee. You have it listed for Nightmare in Dreamland, but not KAR. Two others I don't have confirmation for: I've heard Electroplankton has soundeffects from Kid Icarus as well as the dungeon theme. Anyone care to deconfirm this? One you've touched on in the forum: The sound Tamagon makes when exiting his egg in Devil World is the same as Yoshi exiting his, I forgot where you talked about this, but IIRC, you confirmed it. If so, why hasn't it been added? Thanks!

1. No, I haven't included the Kid Icarus manual, because I don't need to - I already cover the in-game cameo. I don't tend to include content from secondary sources.
2. I already mentioned the KAR cameo before. I'm unsure about including repeat cameos. I do in one or two places - such as Mr. EAD in the F-Zero series, for example, but I don't like doing it this way. I am considering alternates.
3. I heard the Electroplankton one when the game came out, and after playing it I can confirm... ALL 8-bit sound effects are very similar, and there was nothing in there that sounded particularly "Kid Icarus".
4. That's not a cameo though. Are you suggesting Yoshi is a cameo of Tamagon? After all, Tamagon did it first by 6 years. Yes, the sound-effect is the same, but Nintendo (and a lot of game companies) re-use sound effects, and even graphics, in their games. For one this would have to appear on the Super Mario World page, and second it's not really worthy of a cameo.

1: Fair enough. 2:All right, didn't know you've mentioned it before. 3: Okay, didn't know if this one was true or not. 4:I'm not saying Yoshi is a cameo of Tamagon, but that the fact they both come out of eggs with, apparently, the same sound effect is an interesting side note, if not a cameo of a distinctive sound effect.

4. I agree, and the first time I played Devil World I was "OMG, that's the Yoshi egg sound effect!!" Maybe I'll add it anyway, but not as a full cameo.
