I have MP3s of them both, and I'm afraid the songs are completely different. I also expect the names could be drummed up to coincidence - I dread to think how many snow-themed videogames lands have been called "White Land".

Now that I think of it, Bomberman 64 also had a White Land or something to that effect...

It was White Glacier, and that's only because every other world in the game has a color in it. Green Garden, Red Mountain, Blue Resort, and Black Fortress were the rest.

Yes, but that means squat. Such as the Zoda/Zoda disscusion. Just because the have the same name doesn't mean they are cameos or references.

Are they both made by Nintendo? Well, F-Zero was made by Nintendo EAD, and Stunt Race FX was made by Argonaut Software in the UK, but both are published by Nintendo and (like Star Fox) Nintendo also had a hand in the development of Stunt Race FX. I love Stunt Race FX - and if the rumours are true, we lost a Brawl remix for the game!! Nooo!! But that title screen music would be so much better for the Mario Circuit stage than the Excite Truck rock-out!

On that same tangent, was the Mushroom Forest from MaRPGio ( ) or M&L2? It's up to debate and won't be answered unless we find that track, but still...

Not to mention Fry, they picked the worst Excite Truck song. Why not Mexico or China or Scotland?

Or... you know... stuck the Excite Truck music on the F-Zero stage, and given us the damn Stunt Race FX music for Mario Circuit!! Most of the music in this game is great, but in one or two places it does make me think we lost stages - some music just doesn't fit certain levels at all. Especially the Halberd stage. Some of that music needed to be on a happier Kirby stage. Of course, they could have solved that by letting some of the new tracks onto the Melee stages... no idea why they didn't do that.

F-ZERO's White Land is covered in crystals and other jewel-like objects. Stunt Race FX's White Land is a snow course.
