In Wario Land 4, you have to fight an eggplant-like boss called Spoiled Rotten after the very first stage. In her (I've read Spoiled Rotten is female) room, various things can be seen, mainly things of a kitchen configuration. However, on the left side of the room there's a television set with two GameCubes on top. You see the top side of the left GameCube, while the other one reveals its controller and memory card ports (for some reason, there are only 3 controller ports). Also note that the GameCube was even not released in Japan (September 14) when Wario Land 4 (or Advance) came out in Japan (August 21) in 2001! To clarify it, here are pictures (taken from Super Mario Wiki): Close-up:

Very nice!
Was the GameCube really not released then?

Grandy, you certainly have an eye for detail. I will add this one to the page! There's a few system cameos I need to add to certain games - it's generally not been something I've included as cameos, although I don't see why not. There's a Gamecube in one of the backgrounds in Kururin Paradise as well that I've been meaning to add for... years

Cool cameo! I always meant to play WarioLand 4 (I loved the first three), but I've yet to find a copy.

Fry, if your adding system cameos, here's one for you: In Game & Watch Gallery 4, in the Modern Octopus, one of the treasures Mario will pull up occasionally is a GBA.

Kinda hope you do ones for 3rd party games on Nintendo systems. Would be a shame to let go of No More Heroes' Virtual Boy ref.
