They kept it Nintendo 64 graphics for all this time. They are probably never going to improve it.

Gawd... is it really that hard for them to smooth out the models a little bit A lot of games do this. I know Wii Music has it a little bit and Mario Kart Wii DEFIANTLY has it. I don't think Nintendo EDA cares enough about graphics. They are more focused on making the game enjoyable and accessible rather then pretty (or nice). Looking at sales, the rough-around-the-edges games tend to do better then the big budget (and smooth) titles.

I don't even care if they change the models or not now. Just smooth out the jaggies! They're so... so... 64 bit! Besides, they've cleaned up the textures, so it's not like they're averse to updating them a bit.

Hey I noticed Franklin hiding behind the museum in some artwork which makes me wonder, did you Europeans have Franklin the turkey in your version of Animal Crossing?
Also my new Nintendo Power confirms a peacock named Pavé hosts a festival.

Also my new Nintendo Power confirms a peacock named Pavé hosts a festival. Yes, Franklin was in the PAL version, though AC:CF will have some different holiday for the different versions (Japan, NA, PAL holidays). PAL and Japan will supposedly not be getting (the equilvalient) of Thanksgiving in this game and get new celebrations instead because of the whole inviting friends over Wi-Fi feature. Also the festival Pale host is somthing called Carnivale or something like that.

Wait, you'll be able to invite people over to different regions this time? Where did it say that?

Wait, you'll be able to invite people over to different regions this time? Where did it say that? Well, I haven't heard anything saying that you can't do that.

Well I doubt it will happen this time around. Especially with the different holidays in different regions, you'd have to program all the holidays in every version of the game... That's not likely.

Wait, you'll be able to invite people over to different regions this time? Where did it say that? It's not all the hoildays, it's just a few have been replaced in different regions. Also to celebrate Halloween, here a Halloween/trick or treating video from AC:CF. I remember back in AC (GCN) on Halloween I lost one of my favourite shirts, the "Grass" shirt (it has a grass pattern like the ground in the spring season in AC, it was also made by Gracie so it was rare as well) because it was turned into rags that night.

God, I hate Nintendo's current ad campaign. It's like they're trying to appeal to women more than anything.
