I've been doing a couple of research on the Wii, and i particlarly found something interesting. No ,I do not promote hacking (Nintendo anyway), and found this: A sad day was upon us. UPDATEquote fromWiiBrew: Bushing has already announced a workaround (link temporarily not working) after just 6-8 hours of work! Big thanks to all involved! (Note that the workaround is not yet available publicly) The June 16th update (v3.3) has been reported to delete Twilight Hack, however, it does not seem to do anything to the Homebew Channel yet. Users are advised not to update until more information is known. Because unauthorized modifications to save files may impair game play or the Wii console, updating to Wii Menu version 3.3 will also check for and automatically remove such save files. Q & A It says the UPDATE removes any edited save files… can you just recopy the twilight princess hack again? Nope, you can’t, it won’t let you copy any edited file. Will it delete Homebrew Channel? No, it won’t delete it. Is Homebrew Channel still working? Some people say yes. Do you have an estimate on how long it may take till I could update? Just don’t update if you don’t want to. Well guys we won’t be FORCED to update till we want to play the next BIG game on the Wii right? The update isn’t critical at this time. So for those Nintedo Wii hackers out there. Dont update your Wii, nintendo is fighting back.. I thought they would have done this a long time ago. www.nes-hacks.com/new-wii-firmware-breaks-twilight-hack-trucha-signer/363/]HERE

They'll probably find a way around it...they always do.

They'll probably find a way around it...they always do. Well yeah, if sony couldn't do anything about it, how will Nintendo?, although Nintendo does have a better anti-hacking team at bay

More importantly it breaks the freeloader. Just in time for Nintendo to make you buy Smash Bros again. Surprise surprise.

That Sucks. That Really Sucks.
They'll have a workaround shortly though.

I already expected something like this would be coming. That was also the reason why I didn't import Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
