I just beat it two days aago, most touching boss fight ever. Ending too.

I will probably never play this, not only is on a system I cant afford, but I also don't tolerate MGS series (I like a little bit more of gameplay in my games, Thank you!)

Also I think I will never forget Kojima for placing a PS3 add in my Brawl (in the shape of Snake).

Yeah I heard they went a little overboard with the cutscenes this time around. Overly dramatic too. Probably won't bother me much, thought MGS was more of a movie-game since the PS1 anyway. Aslong as it doesn't have Snake kicking off rockets.

Still seriously pondering wheter or not to buy a PS3 just for this game... well and Little Big Planet coming out in the future.

I just bought a PS3 and MGS4 on the weekend. Paying that much money for one game is kinda stupid, but I LOVE Metal Gear.

I had the first Metal Gear Solid. I enjoyed what I played, but I never found the atmosphere I needed to truly enjoy it. I kept meaning to go back and play the series, but not being a PS2 owner stung a bit.

And from what I hear, MGS4 is a game for the fans... and it's on PS3, which all adds up to me not playing it. Which is a shame. It looks awesome and I respect Kojima's work. I just keep... not playing it

I did for a short while. I bought it for Ico and Kingdom Hearts. Then it got burgled, I couldn't claim it on my insurance, and so I never bothered getting another one after emptying my bank account to get another Gamecube and Melee
