The only reason I'm minutely excited about the Darkside Chronicles is that it covers my favorite games in the franchise. But, yes, I think that shovelware is a very appropriate term for this situation. And I'm still waiting for my promised "RE4 Mercenaries esque" RE game for the Wii, Capcom. At least Claire will get an ungraded model - she's the only major RE character not to (Degeneration notwithstanding).

From The Behemoth (developers of Alien Homind and Castle Crashers), the trailer for Game #3 (not official name) Watch it now and hope it comes to the Wii as no platform has been annouced yet. (probably unlikely but The Behemoth is interested in Wii development, so there's a little bit hope).

Ever worry that, besides Fitness and Music, the Wii is missing some life lessons you should be teaching your small children? Worry no longer, as Let's Hitchhike! will soon be coming to the Wii. Now you can teach your kids how to properly hitch a ride, whether on a cow, dinosaur, or Space Shuttle. INNOVATION!

According to this article at 1up.com, Namco has announced Tales of Grace for the Wii. There don't seem to be any other details at this time.

Brutal Legend, from Psychonauts developer Double Fine, may be coming to the Wii. According to this Nintendo Life article, The Cut Scene has stated that Electronic Arts (who earned the publishing rights) are working on a Wii port, but then also state that Double Fine are not the ones working on it. So...we'll have to see if it's true, then see if it turns out decent. The Xbox360/PS3 title is definitely not going to port to the Wii easily (Double Fine is using those two machine's respective HD graphic capabilities)...

Also here's an interesting DS adventure game called Miami Law that coming out soon, the game sounds interesting from this article talking about it.Also here's the trailer. Quite a few sources are saying that BL Wii is in development, even Nintendo Power found some possible evidence as well.

Looks like SEGA is going to give Let's Tap huge support for it's NA/Euro release. Here's some merchindise that SoA and SoE are giving away. (artwork done by Yuji Naka). There is confirmation that the Japanese soundtrack is staying and that Europe will get a limited edition set with two tapping boxes.I shall now end this post with "the song." Yes, that song.

In a somewhat odd combination, Harmonix and Traveler's Tales (who apparently are now TT Games) are making LEGO Rock Band. I'm not making this up. What's next, I ask - Beanie Baby Rock Band? XD

XD There was a rumor about this a while, that was even backed by up by an "accidental" name reveal from Harmonix powerpoint slides. It just seems crazy such a product like this exist. The only thing this makes me wonder is which developer asked the other one first? Did TT Games/LEGO ask Harmonix or did Harmonix ask TT Games/LEGO? But at least the product does seem to be aimed at a younger audience than the other RB games and it's even coming to the NDS! Also I need to end with this.

Ooooooo, a different direction! Very cool. I do like the art direction so far.
Of course, what also caught my attention was the blurb about Shin Megami Tensei. I wonder what that means...

More shocking details on Red Steel 2. (You will be shocked!) - Red Steel 2 is a series reboot- runs at 60fps - takes places in the fictional town of Caldera (think Tokyo meets Reno) - when Ubisoft saw the MotionPlus, they decided to reboot and take things in a new direction - cel-shaded style, much like XIII- aiming for Teen rating “The gore just doesn’t fit for us and what we’re trying to do” - no multiplayer- Wii MotionPlus exclusive (can only play with Wii MotionPlus?) - dual wielding Gun and sword might happen Source.I have to admit this sounds interesting, makes me wonder if we are getting a FPS set within a open world like Metroid Prime or BioShock.
