If another Mario show is made, it needs to be like the intro movies from the more recent Mario sports games. Mario Power Tennis in particular. Hell, the Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour intro was more entertaining than the game itself! You know it! A show about Wario and Waluigi working with Bowser to stop Mario would be awesome.

CGI Mario animated seriesWe may have had the Super Show a long time ago, but this is based on the way the Mario series is now, like what Sonic X has pulled off. NO. If anything, a Mario series would be like what Kirbychu just described. Pffft. I'd rather have a Tv series based on the ALttP manga that ran in NP all those years ago. Nah, a live action/CGI feature film with mostly atmosphere and little to no dialog is the way to go here. They could even repeat the same ending stint as the first game for the newbies in the audience. I'd rather have a live-action movie with puppets from Jim Henson's Creature Shop, a la TMNT. All we'd need are the voice actors from the games to reprise their roles, and the plot could be based on the Star Fox comic from NP. See the previous posts in this thread regarding how a Pikmin movie should turn out. I'd rather have an animated movie and make it stray as far away from the anime as possible. If anything, the plot could be based on Kirby's Adventure or Milky Way Wishes. [/quote] This I like. Wario could either have a WarioWare-based show where the developers do funny stuff like the cutscenes in the games, or a Wario Land- based TV show where Wario goes on treasure hunts, with a lot of funny moments.

What about a TV series based off Custom Robo?

...I'm surprised it hasn't happened already. It's perfect for a shounen series.

Oh God how I hated that show. I wonder why the show was good enough for Japan so that they even got a trading card game based on these series and DK64? Was the dubbing so good that it made the series better or something?

The theme song was already better. I can tell you though, the artwork on those cards would've made one hell of a look if it were a traditionally animated show. Uh... what he said is basically the same as what I said. Nah, you asked for a show based on the Golf and Tennis intros. He asked for a show along the line of .... *shudder*... Sonic X.

I'd have liked a Mario cartoon show based off Paper Mario games and Mario & Luigi games.

No, what I meant was, a Mario animated series based on the current series (just like said intros), IN THE SAME WAY that Sonic X is based on the current Sonic games (the old Mario & Sonic cartoons taken into account...).

It's not the same way. Sonic X is sh it, and is only based on three games, while this Mario cartoon would only be based on the intro sequence to two spinoffs.

This I like. Wario could either have a WarioWare-based show where the developers do funny stuff like the cutscenes in the games, or a Wario Land- based TV show where Wario goes on treasure hunts, with a lot of funny moments. Ideally WarioWare would work best as a cartoon series in the sense of Looney Tunes or Animaniacs. Sort of like how the games already operate now. Self-contained short cartoons that occasionally crossover into one another.

Warioware would also 'work' as a workplace sitcom with a family guy level of cutaways.

Sonic X was based on the Sonic series as it is now, he's saying that, in the same way, a new Mario series should be based on the Mario series as it is now.

Look, the way I see it, the less connotations to Sonic X, the better. Warioware would also 'work' as a workplace sitcom with a family guy level of cutaways. Workplace sitcom yes, Seth MacFarlane cutaways... VERY NO.
