There were a lot of juicy E3 '08 rumours and that conference turned out to be loving terrible, so I'm expecting this conference won't be much more exciting. Pikmin 3 has a good chance of popping up though.

Woah, deja vu... I'm sure someone said that last year! Well, I wasn't here last year y'know, and I never use acronyms... Anyway. My thoughts: More on the games revealed at E3. Possibly a new channel. And uhhh... I can't think of much Nintendo will do honestly. We know how they are.

and I never use acronyms... anyhoo, nothing - NOTHING will come of this. Didn't you learn your lesson from E3 this year? Nintendo doesn't care. No soup for you.

Super Mario Universe and Mother 4(Wii) for the jpn conference. Zelda Wii and Phantom Hourglass 2 for the american one. Rumbling N64 type controller for the Virtual Console N64 games. Kirby Wii with Motion+ playable, StarFox Wii hits the shelves next week. Captain★Rainbow released in both NA and Europe in time for Christmas. New portable console capable of running the original Wind Waker engine. HD capable Wii successor by Xmas 2010. Game Boy titles on Virtual Console. Link's Awakening is among the first 100 titles to be released on Day 1. Ultra Paper Mario with hand-drawn Wario Land Shake style graphics. Friend Codes abolished. Anything less and I'll be extremely disappointed. If you were being serious, then the level of crack you smoke is something that will last on for generations spoken in the same hushed, revered tones used by those who retell the stories of legends.
If not, then you deserve an award for your sarcasm.
Anyway, any maroon can see that we'll be getting, as Agent K put it, "precisely dick" for these conferences...nothing any core gamer is going to give a rat's ass about. With Brawl passed and no physical titles worth investing in on the horizon (except maybe Fire Emblem, but I don't count 'em because they fail at their genre), all we'll get is a casual gaming enema. Clench your teeth and loosen your sphincter, boys n' girls!

Im Keeping my spectations hyper low, (at best we get new images of Wii Music and Animal Crossing) so I am not disapointed when this happens.

What is E3 an acronym for? *facepalm* Electronic Entertainment Expo E3 is not an acronym. If there was a proper acronym for Electronic Entertainment Expo it would be "EEE" E3 however is more like an official nickname. It's used outside the internet, and is even verbally called E3.

E3 is still a type of acronym. The fact that its called E3 officially and offline makes no difference - its still an acronym.

Would it be OK if I made a Game Idea Discussion thread? Maybe we need a little creative push.

Only if we can make acronyms in it.

Sure. Maybe you could come up with a game centered entirely around acronyms. That's creative.
