Object yes. I can't replicate the ladder glitch in DK with Animal Crossing but the Minus world does work.

I am sure most players have experienced this, but it is indeed a glitch. The 2-block passage + Yoshi = invincibility (mostly) thing is rather common in SMA2. And congrats for your 666th post  |

Oh, how I hate this part. This part shows a very good example of how sprites do not interact with each other.
Or perhaps this part is here intentionally as a joke referring to most 2D games.
