The Level Up theme of the first and second Fire Emblem games can be heard when you complete a training task in Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge.
I noticed that you don't have this listed in the game's page at NinDB. Also, the "Metal Falcon" is actually called the "ST Falcon". "ST" is short for "Standing Tank" according to the instruction booklets.
I don't know what's the best place to upload sound files, but tell me what you highly recommend so I can upload the Fire Emblem versions and the Metal Combat version.

I've uploaded them here at eSnips. If it doesn't work there, tell me a better way to upload an audio file. The first one is from the very first Fire Emblem, the second one is from Fire Emblem Gaiden and the third and last one is from Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge.

Very late comment - The level up theme sounds similar when the player winning backups (lives) after the bonus game in Super Mario Land composed by Hirokazu Tanaka. 00:49 Similar to the level up theme for Fire Emblem: Binding Blade

It's also in other Panel de Pon games, such as Tetris Attack: e.g. 0:44 and alternate version 0:50
