There were 60 entries in the Dream Smash Stage competition, and so many good ideas I can't pick just one. So I'm going to post who I consider to be the Top 5 finalists in each category and draft your help to narrow them down to just one
If you're wondering how I picked these entries:
1. The stage had to work as a realistic Smash Bros. stage (I still have to mock it up, y'know).
2. There had to be at least THREE songs, and they had to be clearly described (some of you didn't do this).
3. The songs had to work with the stage, and had to be great songs in their own right.

THE FINALISTS
-----------------------------------------
MAGICANT
Series: Mother / EarthBound
Submitted by Koopaul
- Magicant (Earthbound)
- Flying Man (Mother)
- Monkey's Delivery Service (Mother 3)
Fry's Comments:
While this idea could do with even more music, the three songs that have been chosen are ideal for the surreal landscape, and sufficiently lighthearted. The stage idea itself is a simple layout, and more an opportunity for some psychedelic backdrops, which again is perfect for the Mother series.

MURASAME CASTLE
Series: Nazo no Murasamejo
Submitted by Flip
- Nazo no Murasamejo Medley
- Murasame's Land (Nazo no Murasamejo)
- Douchuumen (Nazo no Murasamejo)
- Shin Onigashima Medley
- Yuuyuuki Medley
- Time Twist
Fry's Comments:
The stage idea is a vertically scrolling climb up a Japanese edo-era castle, and so it's only fitting that the music that plays is a selection of very Japanese themes. I very much have my own ideas as to what the selection of songs should be for the text adventure medleys, and may mock something up to help you make up your minds.
Criticism:
Flip, you had the right idea picking very Japan-oriented games, but clearly you hadn't listened to the soundtracks - Time Twist pretty much has just one song remixed throughout, so I've changed that entry. With Nazo no Murasamejo you got lucky... I was able to form a mix out of the remaining songs once Douchuumen and Murasame's Land were gone, but there's only like 8 tracks and most of them are very short

MEKANOS
Series: Donkey Kong Country
Submitted by Boo Destroyer
- Nuts and Bolts (Donkey Kong Country 3)
- Fear Factory (Donkey Kong Country)
- Cavern Caprice (Donkey Kong Country 3)
Fry's Comments:
While again there's a very slim selection here, they are some excellent tracks that would fit the factory stage theme well. There's plenty of opportunity to expand this soundtrack as well.

PEACH DOME
Series: Super Mario
Submitted by Arcadenik
- Title/Ending (Mario Tennis)
- Tournament/Peach Dome (Mario Power Tennis)
- Lakitu Valley (Mario Golf)
- Opening/Credits (Super Mario Strikers) - I cannot find this music anywhere!!
- Mario Stadium (Mario Superstar Baseball)
- Koopa Beach (Mario Hoops 3-on-3)
Fry's Comments:
The stage is a side-view tennis court, and characters can be knocked about by the players and power moves. As well as being a great idea, the soundtrack is a massive selection of excellent themes from the entire Mario sports series.
Criticism:
I was a little confused as to WHICH Mario Tennis you meant. Mario Power Tennis is the only one with Peach Dome, but then there are loads of Peach Dome songs (one of which is just the Castle theme from Super Mario 64). If these aren't right, please be more specific and I'll do what I can to amend the videos.

WARIO'S CASTLE
Series: Wario's Land
Submitted by Dasher Misire
- Opening Theme (Wario Land 4)
- Level 2-1 (Wario Land Shake It!)
- Wario Land Theme
- Greenhorn Ruins (Wario World)
- WarioWare Medley (Brawl)
Fry's Comments:
While there were a few Wario ideas, this one stands out as having most of Wario's themes in one package, providing songs that range from bizarre to adventurous. The stage itself is reminiscent of Luigi's Mansion in Brawl - a diorama of Wario's castle, which is itself an interesting idea.
--------------------------------------
Sorry, I screwed up on the last poll, and you can't edit poll entries once it's started. As you probably guessed, Flip was originally (accidentally) down for two best music prizes, and when I tried to amend it I did a half-assed job. Please resubmit your votes.
Also, if the finalists would like to continue pushing their stage ideas (perhaps by relinking to the music they have in mind) then they are welcome! ;D
