Your Favorite Stages in Brawl

So, I'm sure many of us have played SSBB for so long, some since the game's launch date. So, I'm curious as to what stages are your favorites to battle in and why?

My favorites would be Delfino Plaza, Mario Circuit, Pirate Ship, Skyworld, Smashville, and Yoshi's Island.

Delfino Plaza - I loved Super Mario Sunshine and I loved the beautiful visuals of the sunny beach and the city. This makes the stage a fast favorite of mine.

Mario Circuit - Again, I love the Mario Kart series and I also enjoyed the stage layout. Shy Guys driving on their karts was the icing of the cake!

Pirate Ship - The Wind Waker is one of the visually stunning games I ever played and I enjoyed the long sailing all over the Great Sea that I would just sailing around for the heck of it. The cyclone was fun, too.

Skyworld - This is a very beautiful stage that happens to resemble Heaven itself somewhat, at least in my eyes. Plus its really fun to destroy the platforms.

Smashville - I never get tired of looking at all those cute Animal Crossing characters! The real-time day cycle is really cool and I just love to look around the stage when I pause the game. The simple stage layout is quite fun to me.

Yoshi's Island - I simply love the pastel crayon-drawn visuals. The seasonal changes is very pleasing to my eyes. Again, I enjoy the simple stage layout. Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island is also one of my favorite SNES games.

My boyfriend's favorites, so far as I can see considering he picks them the most, are Frigate Orpheon, Luigi's Mansion, and Spear Pillar.

Frigate Orpheon - He really enjoys how the stage flips 180 degrees. Plus he likes the visuals of this stage.

Luigi's Mansion - He loves destroying the mansion over and over again. I must admit its fun, too.

Spear Pillar - He simply loves the beautiful visuals of the starry night sky even though he dislikes the part where the Pokemon turns the stage upside-down or reverses the controls.

My favorites are WarioWare Inc. (minigames, YAY!) and I guess Delfino. Summit's cool as well (global warming sure is exciting )

Shadow Moses Island - because I really like the music, especially the 'Encounter' track.

75m - due to the retro arcade feel that I get whilst playing.

Halberd - because most of the time you are on the platform, which makes for a more frantic battle (not to mention it is always funny when someone uses their comeback to get back on the stage and ends up getting hit by the Halberds laser beam).

Hmm... this is a tough call. There are a handful of stages I curse about when we get them, and then there's the rest.

I like the more simple platform layouts without being overloaded with gimmicks... so I like Distant Planet, Norfair and Castle Siege the best. I also enjoy Pirate Ship because cel-shaded swashbuckling is always good in my books!

My least favourite stage is New Pork City. It's got the best music, but that stage is such a mess... you can't see anything!!

Not to mention KOing people is harder (it's sooo big, that it's hard to KO people even if you use your Final Smash). Even the Chimera sometimes can't KO people (I've had a couple of instances where this has actually happened, much to my chagrin)!

My fav... I found that I usually play the game in accordance to which series they are in rather than whether they are good to use with.

As such, my fav would naturally be all Kirby and FE stages, as well as custom stages based on those.

The other I'd like is the SMB stage. Why? Because it's all about platforming, and you feel like you're actually playing a "game" in that stage. Remember that SMB is the very definition of videogaming itself?

It's not that hard to kill in New Pork City. Just lure foes to the edge and toss them away alternatively, let the Chimera handle the KO'ing.

Mother is never the hardest stage for me in All-Stars.

Too many good ones, but if I had to pick one I'm going with Shadow Moses Island. Being able to slam people into walls and peform combo's is good fun, just like in the cavern area of Melee's Temple stage.

Least favourite has to be that Legendary Pokemon one, all that flipping and rotating makes me naucious. And I always manage to get a face full of that laserbeam.
