Awesome indeed. I can't wait to fight the dude who threw the two black chicks at Travis.
Definitely sexier than Bad Girl hurling her gimps at you.

Here's some more details from Famitsu. - Travis' ranking has dropped to slot 51 - he still lives in a motel, and still loves anime and wrestling - Santa Destroy is being remade into a tourist hot-spot, which makes it look completely different - Bishop is having trouble with some gunmen (video store guy from first game) - Sylvia has invited Travis back to the world of the assassin - dual-wielding beam katanas - new character: Nathan Copeland - ranked 50th, and a fan of Travis (Guy with boom box arms, black chick thower from trailer). - new character: beam-wielding school girl that may be related to Travis Also possible confirmation of Wii MotionPlus useage, according to the "trademark of Nintendo" part of the "coming soon" image below. Also possibly more info in the next EDGE magazine if this teaser image is correct. EDIT: Character artwork.

Interview with Suda 51 about NMH2:DS.Talks about . . . - City of Santa Destroy has been taken over by the huge conglomerate Pizza Butt - Fixing the overworld - New enemies, new AI - Tuning the physics engine - Making the combat "cooler." - More than 10 boss fights happen in the game - More innovative situations for ranking battles, may not be limited to 1 on 1 fighting - Jeane (Travis's cat) is returning and has gained some weight. Thinking about having a minigame where you put her on a diet. Want it to be even better than Ubisoft's Petz titles.- Girl with Blondie hair and glasses is Travis's fan and becomes an assassin herself - Have motel, do more in it such as redecorating. - Travis's bike is back, Mark 2 version though. - Want this game to be as successful as possible, don't want it to lose to any over titles.

Some control news: 1UP reports that Grasshopper has decided to impliment Classic Controller support for NMH:DS, and that the Motion Plus will NOT be in the game after all. You can thank Monster Hunter 3 Tri's success for this.

The 2-D jobs look like an interesting innovation over the original No More Heroes' job grind. What am I listening for? I can't hear it either

I don't think anyone is really paying attention. It is a third-party game on the Wii, after all.
