To anyone who's still stuck on beating it as all of them, this one's for you.
But of all things, if you're using anyone who has a grabbing technique of any kind, just use what Kirby uses to swallow and use them on the enemies (like the stars that appear from hard landings after their jumps). Just thought you should remember that.
Knuckle Joe
Keep handing them the Smash Punch (hold B longer) and Double Kick (hold B longer in the air). Rising Break is good in some cases too, but mainly if the foe is airborne. You may also feel free to use "grab fodder" and toss them onto the enemies.
Parasol Waddle Dee
Holding B to spin the parasol in front of you to damage enemies may be good, but using the Parasol Dive (Down+B in the air) is good, but be sure to aim it right.
Chilly
Use the midair ice attack, the Ice Sprinkle, a lot. You may even use the Ice Barrier (B, B, B). If you happened to freeze anything, push the ice cubes at the enemies with utmost accuracy.
Blade Knight
The standard attack combo isn't exactly the way to go with him. Concentrate on midair sword slices most of the time. But of course, if you're full on health at any time, feel free to "shoot your sword with power".
Simirror
The Mirror Body (splitting technique with Dash+B) is the best, but the standard attack is fine too if used a lot. And anything that's shot at you, be sure to deflect it with your shield.
Sir Kibble
When you're really close to the enemy, follow up with the slashing and the Final Cutter (B, B, B). But go with the midair chops here.
Plasma Wisp
You know it. Just keep charging to the max and let loose! Rinse, lather, repeat.
Waddle Doo
Charge up those beam shots (holding B and releasing) like there's no tomorrow. His grab attack is best against midair enemies too.
Poppy Bro Jr.
Just keep throwing those bombs, nothing more to it. But I think straight throws (Dash+B with bomb) are a bit stronger.
Gim
Use the Gazer Spiral (Down, Up+B quickly) against midair foes a lot. Any yo-yo swing will do too. The Break Spins (Dash+B) aren't very useful, though...
Birdon
The waves from the impact of the dive-bomb technique (Down+B in the air) do a lot of damage, but using the Shuttle Loop on "grab fodder" will work if Birdon himself connects with it.
Bio Spark
Keep on with the Quad Shock attack (Hold B near enemy) and use the Drop Kick (Down+B in the air) on airborne enemies a lot. The Air Drop on "grab fodder" is devastating!
Bonkers
Just power up your hammer and let loose (Up+B) all the time! Easy as pie!
Burning Leo
The airborne attacks work fine a lot, but setting yourself ablaze (Hold Back while breathing fire) is very powerful. But that should only be done on enemies that are not airborne and don't move around an awful lot.
Capsule J2
Keep accumulating maximum charge (jump to keep it when done), blast off forward at the enemy, and press B when you get near them (in the middle of blasting off) to unleash strong sparks on them! Using the grab attack at full charge is too powerful for words.
Bugzzy
May seem tough at first, but when there's no "grab fodder" around, just keep stomping on enemies from the air (Down+B in the air). When "grab fodder" does appear, go for it fast, wait with it for a while for the enemy to come to you, and bring on an attack with it!
TAC
It's straightforward; just charge up your hand shots and let loose with them all the time. His defense is impenetrable, though. So rely on that a lot for anything.
Wheelie
There's no choice here. Just dash around with B and run into enemies, plain and simple. Turning around fast will ensure you don't get hit and drop your run.
Rocky
...I don't even want to explain THIS one...Too obvious.
Sword Knight
Use his only difference from Blade Knight all the time, the upwards sword thrust (Up+B).
Now I hoped this all helped for anyone who has the game and is on this part. Follow these steps well and now they're all heroes!
Lastly, if you want to make this more fun, try listening to the Kirby Boss Medley from Brawl when going through it!
