(Messed up link when posted normally, so here)Apparently, Capcom's latest in their favorite form of attention whoring. I don't know about you lot, but while Marvel VS Capcom was good enough, this just seems to be stretching. Gee, wonder what's next? Cartoon Network VS Capcom? Nintendo VS Capcom? (ah hobo, I hope not)

Apparently, a long-ass-time anime studio, best known for Speed Racer, among others.

I don't think Nintendo vs Capcom would work, there's two different types of fighting style, there's the sorta SSB style, then there's the style you'd give Street Fighter, Virtua Fighter, Mortal Kombat, etc. Only a few Capcom characters would really work against Nintendo, IE Mega Man.

Yeah, I'm really not quite sure of it myself.
I just can't seem to see Nintendo's properties coinciding with the likes of Capcom's (mostly) sleazy and boring characters.
Mega Man (original, thx you very much) is good, but still...

Looks pretty decent, but I've never had the chance to play Marvel VS Capcom/Street Fighter before so I wouldn't know. Cross-over games are pretty neat anwyay.
Also a Nintendo - Capcom crossover would be the best. So would a Nintendo - Konami game.

Cartoon Network VS Capcom? Now that I think about it, a lot of their crap is in dire need of a HADOKEN.

I just can't seem to see Nintendo's properties coinciding with the likes of Capcom's ( mostly) sleazy and boring characters. Capcom's got Mega Man, Ryu, a Resident Evil character, Dante, Viewtiful Joe, etc. I can see all of them in a Smash Bros game. Or not. I don't care either way. Whatever. Shut up. Marvel vs. Capcom kicks ass, everyone should play it.

God, how much more of these Capcom VS games are there gonna be? I thought that like all the other ones they would reuse a 2-D morigan sprite.
And MMVC is always gonna be the best. It's also the only one that has megaman. And only megaman would fit in SSB.

And only megaman would fit in SSB. I dunno, I can see the likes of Sir Arthur, Viewtiful Joe and Captain Commando being good fits too, but yeah popularity blablabla etc. I really wanna play this game, but I accidently updated my Wii and now my Freeloader is useless

I think if there was a Nintendo vs. Capcom we'd see different character selections to the usual Capcom vs. fair. Of course there'd be some Street Fighter characters, but I'd also expect more of the cartoony characters to have a bigger role - and maybe some more of the characters who have been popular on Nintendo systems. Phoenix Wright and Edgeworth? Mega Man characters? A load of their hilariously cartoony NES characters (Sonson, Higemaru, the Don Doko Don gnomes)... And they did a lot on Gamecube! And they're doing a lot on Wii (Bring on the Zak & Wiki!) Are you saying none of those would match up well with Nintendo's lineup? Because I'd say you are wrooooooong!!

Isn't Don Doko Don Taito's though? They appear on the boxart of Taito Legends 2 anyway, which I happened to have bought yesterday.
