He's crazy. I mean, you can already play both translated games. And many people said he won't. The graphics of that version is messed up, and so is the sound. The only benefit would be the fact that the first one won't have grid based movement.

Surely Earthbound has been already translated into English (seeing as it got a US release), so like Masa said, what's the point?
Besides, it has already been rated by the ESRB, and is bound to be available on the VC at some point.

It's also MOTHER from MOTHER 1+2. I'd much rather play that than the NES (Of which I do have thanks to the internet) because of its more stable difficulty and better graphics, though.

Look closely, the screen shots have smaller resolution and less quality than the actual SNES version.

To be fair, there would have been a lot of NoA "alterations". Getting the chance to play a direct translation will probably we welcome. I'd certainly like to see some Zelda games given that treatment. Well... LttP anyway |
