Of course, the pre-match entrances every character makes. While we're familiar with most of them, some can be rather...different. Instead of naming them all, I'll cut right to these other ones.
Bowser: Emerges from a...fiery space...What?
Link: He appears from a whirlwind. Is that the Gale Boomerang?
Toon Link: Explodes right in? Warp magic of his?
Ness: I still never understood his...
King Dedede: I suppose he just loves having his Waddle Dees do all his dirty work.
Lucario: Pops right in! Too tough for a Pokeball or what?
Meta Knight: Has he used any such warping like this before?
Snake: Cloaking device? Optical camoflauge? When has he used this before?

I do know about some these:
Ness: In his game you have PSI/PK Teleport, which involves him running the speed of light to whatever location. You first have to build up speed for it to work, crashing into something while doing this gets you blackface Ness.
Meta Knight: He uses that cape trick whenever you defeat him in the Kirby games to warp out. I guess this is just the inverted version.
Snake: Snake had a cloaking device in Metal Gear, so yeah. I think the Dojo even mentioned that, saying it breaks at the stage entrance or something.
Not sure about Link since I haven't played most Zelda games, but I think it's a throwback to his teleport animation from the NES game involving a tornado.

He breathes fire doesn't he? Why wouldn't it makes sense? I kinda thought it was based on the part where he appears in the intro to Melee, but still... Have you not played the original Zelda? The Whistle? You know, with the whirlwind that carries you away? Honestly, these should be easy point out. You're worse than Sqrt.

I personally think Toon link should have had the wirlwind entrance.
Lucas: The Mr Saturn tables were transportation in his game.

Snake's is an exact repeat of what happened in Metal Gear Solid 2.
He has a cloaking device when he infiltrates the bunker, and when he lands, his cloaking device malfunctions.

Oh yes, it's called a recorder, I believe. Not a whistle. But I guess he thinks that only happens in SMB3. But it makes sense, not much people got that far in Zelda, or even played it. Mario comes out of a warp pipe, but it's more dramatic and less like how the warp pipes actually transport you. Sonic just rolls onto the stage and poses. Kirby does what he does in the games, his warp star crashes and he flips out. King Dedede makes his waddle dees carry him because that's what some kings did a long time ago. Marth and Ike use the teleportation from fire emblem games, but I only saw enemies use this in the GBA games, so I'm not sure.

Well, it was originally a flute, but was changed into an Ocarina. Mario comes out of a warp pipe, but it's more dramatic and less like how the warp pipes actually transport you. Actually, it's how Mario appears at the beginning of Super Mario 64. What kings had Waddle Dee's?

Yes they did. That's why Dedede has 'em I guess Luigi's really scared of warp pipes.

They just wanted him to come out in a funny way.
Anyway, I don't know if it's entirely fair that some characters have repeated entrances and others have their own unique ones. Pikachu, Jigglypuff, and Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon come out of a Pokeball but Lucario doesn't? Bah!

Maybe because Lucario is a harder Pokemon to catch?

But he's not legendary nor one of a kind. They just wnated to make him cooler than the rest.
And they just wanted to show off cel-shaded effects for Toon Link's.

Brawl's Lucario was probably meant to look like the one from the Pokémon movies and/or the one in The Subspace Emissary. They were both free Pokémon that aren't kept in Poké Balls.
"Fore some reason, there's something lonesome about it" is a quote in the Dojo that reflects the intention behind this representation of Lucario. Maybe Mewtwo would be like that, too, had he returned in Brawl.
The trophy talks about Lucario like any generic Pokémon species, though, much like the other Pokémon trophies.

I feel Lucario is more important than the rest as he kind of differs from the feel of pokemon for me. But I don't know if I like all the Pokeball entrances. Like for jiggs, you could have seen jiggs spin around and than wave at the screen like one of her taunts. Or made her roll in. But it would be kind of hard to think up a totally origanal one. (roll in= Sonic's homing attack, spin around= on of it's taunts.) With Bowser, I thought that the entrance was origanal and really Bowser-like with the fire and all. But Ganondorf's is just pure scary to me, which Iove as it shows his style. Luigi could have had a different entrance than just the pipe, more than just it. Like with the animation we are using for Super Smash Flash 2: Instead of just the 'Let's go' to differ from Mario. Toon Link's as said before was to show the 'toon' effects. But yeah, I can't think of anymore right now.

I don't understand why Peach just appears with the parasol. I don't think she even does that in Super Princess Peach. How about popping out of the red door from Super Mario Bros. 2?
As for Bowser, I'd have liked to see him drop in from the Koopa Clown Car. I don't remember seeing him emerging from fire in any games.

I think Peach's entrance refers to her dropping from the Castle in SMRPG with her parasol after you rescue her and return her to Toad Town.
