I just got the new Animal Crossing game, and it's pretty awesome. But I noticed a few things.
1. In the Happy Room Academy, go to the back room. I'm not sure if anyone noticed this, but it looked remarkably like the interior of a house belonging to one of my town members (Stitches). Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just a coincidence?
2. I randomly found an empty Magic Lamp in front of the town's Museum. What is it, and why was it there?

First of all, I don't have the game, so I can't answer your questions.  Second, my own question. I heard that there are various "Nintendo" themed hats and masks in the game. Confirmation and Screenshots plz? And another thing. Why does Roy have -6 karma? |

First of all, I don't have the game, so I can't answer your questions. Second, my own question. I heard that there are various "Nintendo" themed hats and masks in the game. Confirmation and Screenshots plz? I don't have screenshots, but I've seen them myself. I believe they are called 'Big Bro Hat' and 'Lil Bro Hat', for Mario and Luigi's hats. In the new game there's a hat for Wario, but I'm not sure I remember what the game calls it. Just ignore it. |

I've also heard there's Toad's hat, Samus' helmet, Links cap, Majoras mask and Midnas hat, armor, thing...
But yeah, just rumors.

You get these from the Tom Nook point system.
Bad bro 'stache 2,500 points
Banana 500 points
Hero's cap, Majora's Mask, or Samus mask 6,000 points
Hero's clothes, Varia suit, or Wario hat 5,000 points
Kart 10,000 points
Midna's mask 6,500 points
Peach's parasol 4,000 points
Toad hat 3,000 points
Triple Shells 800 points
Yoshi's egg 1,000 points

will appear somewhere in your town. Whether or
not you pick it up, that same day at midnight, if
you venture down to the beach, a mysterious voice
will call out to you. Follow it until you find Wisp,
the Spirit of the Lamp. Bring him the lamp, and he'll
tell you that he isn't comfortable being out in the
open; go to your attic and rub the lamp to summon
him and continue the encounter.
As thanks for finding his lamp, he'll offer you
his services- he can pick all of the weeds in your
town, smash all of the roaches in your house (they
appear as a consequence of not playing for a while),
or give you an item. The items he offers are furniture,
hats, accessories, and clothes. I don't currently know
whether there are any items you get exclusively from
Wisp, or if you can get it all at Nook's and Able
Sisters. If you have any relevant information on
this, please, let me know through the Contact

I have a question:
We have two Animal Crossing: City Folk topics in this thread alone, PLUS we have a cameo thread in the cameo board.
