Well, I decided to do a list for the recently found Mario series cameos, but I wasn’t really sure what would count as an in-series reference and what wouldn’t, so I just kept this as an out-of-series list of cameos.
Mario Bros.
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (Sidesteppers, already mentioned)

What about the Koopa Shells in Phantom Hourglass? Shouldn't that also be in the Mario category?

Balloon Trip microgame By just saying "WarioWare, Inc.," I'm assuming you're just combining Mega Microgame$ and Mega Party Game$ into one category, since they share the same microgames. If that's the case, the only thing I can think of that you're missing is the Balloon Fight song in Donkey Konga 3. |

Yep, I consider Mega Microgames and Party Games as essentially the same game on different systems. At least, the cameos are the same.
