Here's one idea that YoungLink and I came up with. Not exactly a game, but kind of a software-type thing for the DS (or even DSi)*.
Remember this?
Right, now in a nutshell, this idea is basically that, but improved by a vast long shot.
What improvements, though? Well, there'll be more backgrounds (of course!), more options, and more characters/objects that didn't make it as trophies in Brawl. At least many of the most notable elements anyway.
Now, not only can you take snapshots of them, but this time you can even create little animations out of them! Just bring them all to life to make things ever more dynamic! There are many camera movements along with set actions for certain characters. Of course, most things will get the usual Walk, Run, Jump, Attack, etc. Specific actions for certain characters, too.
On with each of the modes:
Free Mode
Basically the same as what it was in Brawl, but with all more options of course!
Story Mode
No no no, not that kind of Story Mode! Here, you actually make an animation with the objects and write out a story/narrative of your own with all of them as it goes on!
Shop
The more scenes, animations, and even stories you make, the more "points" you'll earn for them. The amount you get depends on how much you applied to each scene. So just a few screens of like one object apiece will only get you around 1 point.
Anyway, these points at the shop are used to buy more objects and backgrounds, among other things.
Wi-Fi Connection
Over WFC (and even between two DS's nearby), you can exchange and share your snapshots and stories.
New backgrounds this time are based on various Nintendo worlds: Mushroom Kingdom Worlds (Grass, Desert, Water, etc.), Animal Crossing Town and City, Green Greens from Kirby, it goes on.
*At first, I thought it would make for a good DSiWare, but then those don't actually go over very well in the graphics department. So I then thought it would be just right to get it all onto a full DS cart, with more room for all the content.
May think of more later; this is only the start of it. I suppose you can suggest something to it.
