As you're probably aware, the site will be relaunching more like a series retrospective site, with the games and cameos grouped together (and spread over several pages in some cases).
However, I have not yet worked out a similar way of doing this for the systems, which continue to be lists of games on that system. I may take a similar approach with them and have sub-pages for various pieces of hardware - a page on controller options, for example, and a page on the Famicom Disk System. These would then be suited for cameos information.
Obviously, these will have to wait until after launch, as that's a lot of extra work... and I'm still squeezing cameos in and rejiggering the bigger series (Mario, Kirby, Donkey Kong and Pokemon are a pain in the nuts).

You could a have a something called "System cameos" or "Hardware Cameos" which shows a list of the games that have system cameos when clicked on.

Beneath the GameCube one, there is also a GBA cameo in Wario Land 4. In the ending scene, one of the treasures popping out of the bag is a golden GBA, and the respective background art shows Wario with a lot of GBAs (seen here).

I always loved that. Wario got his GBA at long last!
Reminded me of myself when I got the GBA on launch day with Mario Advance.
