Right, the new site will allow for hardware cameos. This is when a piece of Nintendo hardware appears in a game outside of an instructional context. Until now I haven't done a lot of these, so what's on the site is few and far between. Can you help me find more again?

Like the DAS Ashley uses in Another Code? Now that I look at the site again, I'm surprised to see no description about the system's shape in the page.

Yeah, that kind of thing would count. Other examples include the Game Boy Advance SP in Paper Mario 2, or the Super Scope in Smash Bros.

Or R.O.B. in Smash Bros.? Or Kirby's Dream Land 3, for that matter.

Here's a few. Another Code 2, DAS is now a DSi (instead of the original DS used in the first game) and the RAS looks like a Wii Remote. Nintendo consoles/handhelds that have appeared in the playable character bedroom (and shopping malls) in the Pokemon RPG's. (ranging from SNES, GCN, Wii's and even kids playing with original GB in R/B/Y and then GBA's in FR/LG which I think even have GBA wireless adaptors on them as well, also they were playing Pokemon on them as well (goodbye 4th wall). 9-Volt/18 Volt's intro movie in WW: Twisted has both a Famicom (JP version) or NES intro (western version) that is set inside the console. In WW:SM, the "Balance Stone" is a (Wii) Nunchuck. (The Form Baton being a Wii Remote is already listed). The Stone of Agony from TLoZ: OoT looks like a N64 Rumble Pak (and when it detects something it makes the N64 Pak rumble). And two I'm unsure about. The Sea Slate from TLoZ:PH looks like a GBA cart. (This one might be up for debate though but that's what it reminded me of when I first saw it) The GBA/GCN adverts in Wave Race: Blue Storm and the Wii/DS adverts in the VC version of Wave Race 64 replacing the Kawasaki ads. Or R.O.B. in Smash Bros.? Or Kirby's Dream Land 3, for that matter. All every other game R.O.B. has appeared in which is already listed on the site (apart from SSBB).

9-Volt's Room in the original Ware is my ideal game room for these cameos. The main systems up to GBA, the Super Scope, raceway logo neon sign, Virtual Boy...

Don't forget the Game Boy Horror in Luigi's Mansion and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga!

Well, in Geist you can find an NES and SNES under a TV in a certain room.
Also, apparently the pink box item in Animal Crossing: Wild World and City Folk has a GameCube on the top shelf and some games on the bottom. I've never seen it in either game though, so I can't confirm for myself.

In almost every Wario Land game with collectibles, there's a Nintendo system or two. World has 4.
Don't forget the Pocket Pikachu/Pokemon Pikachu the Animal Crossers often forgot at friends' houses! And a Game Boy, too.
Super Paper Mario prolly was mentoned but all the big consoles and Virtual Boy are in Francis' game room. Flipping the screen shows a widescreen TV with a Wii, some games, and a Wiimote complete with hanging wrist strap. There was also a sidequest involving the two DS models, I forget what exactly though.

The most interesting thing about Francis' room is that the NES is actually a Famicom. As far as I know, that's the first time a Famicom has cameod in the American version, having not been changed to the NES.

That would be more of in easter egg, right?
In SSBM, Luigi'starget test has a Gamecube floating in the middle of the room.
