Lemme see now...
Bowser Jr., Toad, Dixie Kong, King K. Rool, Midna, Tingle, Tetra (this was a vote for Toon Zelda, but the name and design I take is Tetra,) Ridley, Krystal, Meowth, Mewtwo, Plusle & Minun, Roy, Lyn, Little Mac, Mach Rider, Takamaru, Issac, Saki Amamiya, DeMille, Stafy, and Sukapon.
On the list, anyways. If there were more diversity in the Earthbound/Mother pool, I'd have placed a few votes there because I believe that, since Mother 3, if you don't add characters from Mother 1 (which has been so far established as unlikely,) you'd be over-representing one game if you were to add a character from either one. There are other characters I'd like to see not featured there, on the brain I have the Eggplant Wizard and a Celda villain like Vaati (just an example.)

These nominations should be re-made each year or so. I understand the first post of this topic this way, that after a certain amount of time, the poll ends and the people of this board do the character artwork that represents our roster. Or has this already happened and I just missed it?  Grandy, I guess you agree Tingle should have his own icon next time. A Rupee? I think a silhouette of Tingle's head would be even better. At least there are many Tingle head icons in Rosy Rupeeland, and it fits this green-dressed maniac well, as selfish as he is. |

Forgot about this but I'm currently dealing with the stress of another forums roster. You see we're making sprites for a Smash game (like that'll ever happen) And the current headache is deciding on the characters. Oh boy what a FIGHT! Oh, I didn't realize Lip wasn't on the poll until you pointed it out. I think Lip could work well as an Assist Trophy if she is not playable. I imagine she would wave her stick around to make garbage blocks rain from above.
