Just a heads-up for you guys, the 2009 Game Developers Conference (GDC) starts on March 23rd and goes on until the 27th!
It's basically the first big conference type thing of the year, with highlightsfrom the San Fransisco show including:
-Saturo Iwata's (president of Nintendo) keynote speech on Wednesday 25th
-Hideo Kojima's (creator of Metal Gear games) keynote speech on Thursday 26th
-Plus loads of minor speakers like Ubisoft's Patrick Redding and Peter Molyneux from Lionhead!
Start getting your hopes up!

I wouldn't turn my hopes high, seeing how whatever I want the most from game conferences never come true. If you cannot tell, I'm still mad from the seems-to-be broken promise from 3 years ago. Whatever Iwata shows, I'll remain skeptical.

They actually show games at these things? New ones, I mean? TLoZ: Phantom Hourglass was unveiled a few years ago at a GDC and the second trailer for TLoZ:TP was at a GDC. I would not think we are going to see a whole bunch of games announced but I think we should at least see one new thing (new game unveiled, new trailer for upcoming game) if GDC's past is any indication.I doubt they will unveil a Wii Zelda trailer though, even Miyamoto thinks he can't get a Zelda trailer for E3 in time. (based off actual quote from him).
