Is it legal to scan in old Nintendo Powers or Player's Guides?
I have some old, not published anymore stuff.
Think I can scan it, and post on my website, or will Nintendo shut me down?

I know I've seen the ALttP Guide circulate in .pdf format, supposedly Nintendo put it up theirself.
As for doing it yourself... I dunno. They may just tell you to take them down rather than 'shut down your website'.

Nintendo will usually ask you to put them away first, rather than just kill you in one blow. So don't worry much about that.
Plus, TMK did also such a thing, right?
.....Unless you mean not only the cover page.
But still, magazine scans are not that bad, so go on!

Other sites have done it with no problems. I'm sure there would be no problems.
