Contains updated cameos in Dedede's stadium. Now along with Toads on both sides, Mario and Peach are seen in the left audience and Luigi and Wario in the right.

Well, here’s what I know:

Trace Memory
DTS is shaped like the Nintendo DS. (I am the master at pointing out the obvious.)

Animal Crossing: Wild World
There’s a piece of furniture called the pink box. It has a GameCube on the top shelf and some games on the bottom.
In addition to the Mario items, there were also two additional Nintendo items available through download, the Blue Falcon and the Pikmin.
I know that in City Folk the pinball machine piece of furniture has artwork from Super Mario Bros., I'm guessing this is true in Wild World as well, but I've never seen it in WW.

There’s also the Nintendo DS battlefield.

A NPC at the beginning makes a reference to Nintendo’s Touch Generation line of games.

I noticed when playing KSSU that some of the treasures in the Great Cave Offensive have changed or been updated - and there's a handful of internal Kirby cameos in there.

"A Winner Is You" coin case clown in Diamond and Pearl.
Mario appears (again) in Milky Way Wishes credits in KSSU.

Was the Wii cameo in Pearl/Diamond the first Wii cameo after its release? If so, it might deserve special notation.

Kirby Super Star Ultra did not alter Falchion's name this time. Also, one of the Stone Kirby transformations is now the HAL Logo. I have a picture of it on my camera somewhere.

SMB3 sprite in MKDS is a cameo? Then I'll guess KSSU treasures for Kirby items count. Cause instead of four hearts for each season, there's one heart for every season to make room for treasures from Kirby games as of recent. The Triple Star DaRoach used in Squeak Squad, the legendary Hydra from Air Ride, the Magic Paintbrush, and Kirby's Cell Phone from The Amazing Mirror.

I noticed when playing Picross DS, there are puzzles that you can download from DS Wi-fi which offers "Classic" mode puzzles you can download from Mario's Picross puzzles. Also the "Classic" mode menus and puzzles even have music form Mario Super Picross, the SFC Japan only game.

There's only like 6 sound effects, and they are all from the Mario games. If the 8-bit sounds also showed up in other games it doesn't really matter - they would be used because they are Mario sounds.

Something I discovered after my last post, in Wario: Master of Disguise, there's a treasure called the Game & Watch 9000.
"An amazing handheld game unit with FIFTY screens! When unfolded, it takes up as much space as a timeshare condo."

Also, I heard that the Crown accessory in Wild World (and City Folk) apparently looks a lot like Peach's crown. But once again, I've never actually seen it in either game.
