I'll try:
This game is a Game Boy port of a popular Western home computer game of the same name. In terms of the visuals, many liberties were taken. For example, polar bear heads, huts and jellyfish appear as obstacles. Guess the game!

I better throw in another clue:
The mentioned obstacles are movable by the player's character. The original home computer game only has boulders, while the Game Boy port also has boulders plus the three unusual things mentioned in the other post.
