Who else here has this game? Bloody brilliant, I say.
I'm going through the last few parts of the second half of the storyline, acquired a whole lot of parts, and occasionally going through the Arcade Mode.
Truthfully, much of the dialogue in the story portion of the game is flat-out hilarious.
And to anyone who has the DS version of Custom Robo, how does this one compare with that?
(As a side note, this just made me think of a new Smash item: Custom Robo Cube, pick it up to call forth various types of robo to help out.)

We had a discussion about this two years back, but no harm in a new topic. I did sell my copy. I thought the gameplay was adequate, and I liked some of the characters, but these weren't enough for it to keep my interest in the end. I beat the initial quest, but never made much of an attempt to play it after that.

With the way you can use different parts all the time, it's just never the same with every passing match. EDIT: Just finished the "Grand Battle" half of the story.

I suppose that's true, but I guess I didn't fiddle with it enough. I think part of my problem was the lack of people to play it with. I seem to remember that the AI got a little dull for me. But I'm glad you're liking it.

I only played the demo version of it. I tried to get the full version, but my big sister prevented me from buying it, and I still don't have it. Custom Robo GX and Custom Robo Arena were the ones in the Custom Robo series I played the most.

I've played Custom Robo and Custom Robo V2 via N64 emulator. I must say I'm surprised they didn't bring it here the first time.

The one thing that really put me off was that there was only one "Burning Beast" model in the GC version. A silly chicken, no less.
Could have used two more Burning Beast models. One of them, say, based on a T-Rex or something.
