Here's the pictures of the Tingle DSiWare, looks like a whole range of Tingle themed apps (clock, calculator, other weird stuff) in one package (or suitcase if you look at the below picture).  ;D  Now I will try to describe some of these images. ;D  Some sort of odd, odd card game. The reason I mentioned odd twice was because it's so dosh gone important.  Tingle tests the new Virtual Boy (the display is red and black . . .) Just kidding, most likely a clock or maybe a countdown timer? Both even?  This is the results of a self test that allows you to determine your own gender. For those who don't know how Okay, it might be some sort of voting/gender poll thing. 
TINGLES COIN FLIPPING ACTION ACTION ACTION! Because you already spent all your real coins saving up to buy the DSi, so you could buy this DSiWare.  This image alone will most likely sell this app, I have no idea what the hell is going on but Tingle is wearing a grass skirt/looking Hawaiien and dancing while in the background there is a image of a girl and a dog. While on the touch screen there is a crank to help Tingle CRANK SOME SOULJA TINGLE HULA DANCE BOY!

Also, apparently the 'theme' of Tingle's new game (the first game's theme being money) is women. Tingle dating sim? Oh wow, truly the heavens have smiled upon us today.

Holy cow! Tingle isn't just a spin-off anymore, he has become his own franchise!  Next, Tingle for SSB4! The DSiWare game is called Dekisugi Tincle Pack (できすぎチンクルパック). Means something like "Too Much of Tingle Pack", dunno. The official site: www.nintendo.co.jp/ds/dsiware/kcpj/index.htmlAnd the title of the Rosy Rupeeland sequel is Irozuki Tincle no Koi no Balloon Trip (いろづきチンクルの恋のバルーン トリップ) - can anyone translate? Means something like "Coloring Tingle's Balloon Trip of Love". The teaser website has been updated: www.nintendo.co.jp/yousei/index.htmlI really hope Nintendo of Europe will localize the latter game again. They seem to like Tingle - they even mentioned on the VC Majora's Mask game page on their site that Tingle debuted in this game (not the case for NoA's site). |

Tingle has officially branched off of Link just as Wario did to Mario. And Donkey Kong to Mario.
I am quite excited, and now pushed more than ever to go buy the original from Europe. I imagine it suits a Tingle fan perfectly.

Tingle Fortune Telling The fortune teller from the teaser site uses tarot cards to tell your mini fortune for love, finances and more. Tingle Timer A convenient timer. Robot Tingle lets you know as time passes. (ROBOT TINGLE! THE FUTURE IS NOW!)
Tingle Calculator This calculator includes functionality for properly splitting the bill between men and women (you get to select the ratio yourself on a sliding scale). Tingle Flip A team-based game for up to 20 players. Tingle Dancer A marionette Tingle dances to music, apparently against pictures that you've taken with the DSi Camera. Because (as my sig has said) I've been on holiday for the last week Tingle's Balloon Trip? Is that a reference to the Balloon Trip in Balloon Fight? Seeing as we've had Tingle's Balloon Fight as well, it's not out of the question. And all three Tingle games have been by Vanpool, so I guess this Tingle pack also is? I also like the sound of hula Tingle. I guess Japan loves him as much as meee! |

With the difference that DK and Wario were already much more important in their early days than Tingle was then. Who thought that some minor wacky map seller in green spandex would get his own series when he debuted in Majora's Mask? He was one of many, many minor characters in Nintendo's properties, but they made an excellent choice when selecting him to star.  I wonder if he will ever reappear in Zelda games, though. Anyway, I'm really excited about the "Tingle in Love" game. I have no doubts that it will be as funny and interesting as the prequel, but I hope they will fix its main flaw and create better dungeons. Given that the game will have dungeons, of course. By the way, I read on some sites that Tingle is based on Koji Kondo. Is there any reliable source to back that up? |

Hmm...
He'd have balloons for his Up B. Maybe throw rupees for a B/Side B? His Final Smash would be he draws a map, because nobody fucking remembers he was even in Majora's Mask and the Oracle games.
