Link. So, Nintendo now owns a British TV show with a premise similar to Brain Age. But apparently they're not allowed to advertise any of there products. Not much else to say. I just found this interesting.

MADNESS! They haven't "bought the show", they're providing sponsor money for it, which means they will also show their products when going to an ad break.
And it's not unusual. Nintendo has sponsored other TV shows in the UK again.

Hmm. Well, Kotaku seemed to be making a big deal over how it's fully owned by Nintendo, so, yeah.

Hmm, following those sources, it seems this is Nintendo's first shot at Advertiser-Funded Programming, which gives them more control over the show and its sponsorship. One does have to wonder if Nintendo products will be offered as prizes.

It's going to be interesting to see if this actually works out for Nintendo
