Actually that's Tetris Attack music, not Yoshi Island music.
The only YI music Tetris Attack had was on the title screen. The Yoshi theme for Tetris Attack was brand new and that's the one used on that video. Also, the main song in that video is a remake of the original ending song from Panel de Pon/Tetris Attack.
