You know.... it's a Japan-only parody game. It makes fun of various areas of old games (particularly SMB1), with narration of Japanese comedian and all.
Basically, it's a game given a comedic theme. And.... well, it should be easy enough for viewers to gt the joke if they played anything like SMB1 even if they don't know the language.... yeah.

I picked up the SMB parody from watching the first video, and I have to say, that game is quite wacky XD
