I've got a pretty funky one. (Literally.)
Funky Boxing by the guys at Nintendo Power. Their bio says that it's based on Punch-Out, however the game's title likely reminds many of you of a totally unrelated Virtual Boy game... If you open the game up in the editor, you'll find that the player's boxer is named "NESTER"! Totally expect this from the NP team, but it's so weird that there are no in-game indications! Not even red hair... I guess it's just like the classic NES games that would just name-drop him.
By the way, why doesn't this site cover the DLC games?

Not that unexpected, given it's a play on Funky Bowling, which starred Nester.
