Yeah, I didn't mention MK64 since pretty much the entire theme is a remix whereas the later games only include it as a part of the theme.

I know I'm not crazy when I can garantee this:
The Rainbow Road music from Mario Kart 64 is a remixed version in Double Dash for the most part.
