12/1 NOTICE - The deadline has passed, so the participants are decided for this year.

Original Post - All right, it's time to set up our annual Secret Santa! This year I think, in an effort to not alienate people, we'll have two choices - one for art, and one for small gifts to send people. You can do one or both if you choose. I'll take sign-ups until November 30th, and then I'll draw names for both categories and PM folks with who they're doing SS for. Please specify which category(ies) you want to do when you post!

11/20 UPDATE - If you want to do art, PM me what you want drawn in return. When I pull names, I'll pass along your request to whoever is doing your art!

Also, for the small gift, what amount of money (plus shipping) do you think would be fair? I was thinking $15 (US, since I'm a USian ), but I'll take suggestions.

I'll only be doing art this year, myself. Thanks to my car going ka-put Monday, I'm not expecting to have spare money floating around, alas.

Sure.

What I had in mind was perhaps putting a few suggestions for low-priced items or something, and when someone ends up with that person, then they could pick from that list and ship it to them. The Wii's gift option could work out nicely as well, if people wanted to go that route. I'm not sure how much people want to spend, so I felt setting a limit of some sort wouldn't hurt, or having multiple options.

I hope I didn't overexplain myself. XD

Can I make a suggestion for the art? This occurred to me after I set it up on my forum and its too late for me to do it there. It might be more interesting if, rather than posting what we'd like to get art-wise here, that we send them privately to you by PM so you can distribute them around. That way it'll be a bit more of a surprise when the pictures start popping up.
