I found some interesting facts about AlphaDream's first two games: A small company Magitec did some graphics for Koto Battle: Tengai no Moribito, while Graphic Research co-developed Tomato Adventure.

The wiki doesn't look big enough (Nintendo, for example, should have like hundreds times more of contractors than as shown), but it's a good resource indeed.
