I'm not too bothered. You'll still be able to trade over the internet on Gen. 4 games and a new web site is being built with more features.

This is the first time I've ever even heard of the GTS site.

My favorite section is the "GTS Journal". It has big Sugimori artworks and some statistics of trades. They sure put a lot of work into the site

The new Pokemon Sunday video is out. It features the PokeShifter, the Dream World, Pokemon Musicals, and Triple Battles.

From PokéBeach The Pokemon Center in Yokohama, Japan is currently airing a short advertisement for Black and White which reveals two new Pokemon and confirms that the Tabunne photo from the other day is genuine. Unfortunately, the quality of the video is extremely low and the Pokemon are covered up by Pokemon Musical accessories, so it is difficult to make them out - one appears to be a blue octopus (the sprite on the left in the first photo; you can see it without its accessories at 0:25) and the other looks like it is green and yellow (the sprite in the center of the second photo). Hopefully someone else visiting the Pokemon Center will be able to get better video or photos of the advertisement. The media below is courtesy of the Sasuga Pokemon Brothers blog.

Could squinty eye'd geezer sage octopus be an Octillary evolution? Sure hope not

I can't make out a thing in those pictures. Not one thing.

Tabunne is the one wearing a white skirt, red bow and blue wig.
The one 8bit describes as an octopus is the blue thing on the far left. I also thought it was an octopus the first time I saw it (OK, not strictly 8 tentacles, but still).

I'm seeing a blue lobster with a Santa beard and little dots for eyes...

(OK, not strictly 8 tentacles, but still). Neither does Octillery, so it's still within the realms of possibility!

Here are a few trends that I find. They aren't in every generation and I'm sure there's more. The Dragons I wonder what will be the next Dragonite of the Isshu Region. Already there is Tyrannitar, Salamance and Garchomp. (Even though Metagross is not in the Dragon breeding group, but yet a psuedo-uber.)

The otter's shell can be detached. The lunchbox also shows where does the pig shoot flames from.

Lends more credence to the idea that the Otter's shells will be used as boxing gloves or something. Flamepig is looking awesome on that lunchbox.

More footage of battles.
I take it Gigaiasu's Sturdy is being activated when facing the grass snake.
We also see how the HP of partner Pokémon is decreased simultaneously when hit by the same attack in double battles (something first seen in Battle Revolution).
