You're on the right track! I always see YOU as better than me, your style has influenced mine somewhat. Always consider yourself shit and you'll be able to continue improving. That's what I do. Also, the characters I draw are made up of squares, ovals, and triangles. After that I just add in a few details. You'd be amazed how much simple shapes make drawings look that much better... I always start with roughly-drawn skeletons and then flesh them out. But your action poses are excellent! I've never met anyone get better at anything while thinking they're good at it. The greats always strive to be better.

Ha, I'm glad you think so! Its probably from growing up reading comics. A good thing to do is watch a cartoon or play a video game during a highly choreographed action scene, occasionally pausing and drawing characters from the frames. I did that with DragonBall Z and Disney movies.

Here's the layout so far. I added Morrigan and Zangief and I can already see parts I hate (Zangief's hands, Joe's left arm) so I'll be sure to fix them in the final product.
