NinDB: The Mysterious Murasame Castle
The second original title from Nintendo on the Famicom Disk System, The Mysterious Murasame Castle (Nazo no Murasamejo) is an action/adventure game where you must fight your way through four villages and defeat the village leaders in order to face an interstellar life form inhabiting the stone statue of Murasame.

One of the microgames is based on Nazo no Murasamejo. The minigame has been replaced in the Western version.
Samurai Warriors 3
A "Murasame Castle" game mode has a fully 3D Takamaru fighting through hoards of Samurai in a mode loosely based on the Nazo no Murasamejo game.
