NinDB: For The Frog The Bell Tolls
An adventure/RPG set in the Mille-Feuille kingdom. As the Prince of Sablé, you have to rescue Princess Tiramisu from King Delarin, in constant competition with your rival, Prince Richard.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
Prince Richard appears as the prince of Kanalet Castle, ejected to Richard's Villa by monsters, where he now lives with a couple of frogs (also from FtFtBT). The music in his house is a remix of the Mille-Feuille Kingdom overworld BGM.
Wario Land 4
Dr. Arewostein, the "Nantendo" employee from For The Frog The Bell Tolls appears as a fellow explorer in the game's bonus rooms. You can even use him as a projectile.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
"Sabure Prince" (Prince of Sablé) appears as a collectable sticker.
Great Concert! Band Brothers DX
When you use an instrument in a song, it is added to your Instrument Dictionary. When you view an instrument in this dictionary, a clip of a song from another Nintendo game will play:
- Violin plays a clip from the Mille-Feuille Overworld BGM
WarioWare D.I.Y.
One of the unlockable records is the Mille-Feuille Overworld BGM, listed here as "Theme of Frogs".

A series of 3 genre-themed albums containing unaltered music from Nintendo games, released through Club Nintendo in Japan. Two feature music from For The Frog The Bell Tolls.
- On the Peach Healing Music album, Track 23 is a remix by Kazumi Totaka of the main theme from For The Frog The Bell Tolls (Mille-Feuille Overworld BGM). (link)
