Super Mario Bros. (main series)

These are mostly from the Mushroom Kingdom, but I added one of my own. All of these are from the 8-bit era, which I assumed you wanted to limit yourself to for now.

• Alex Kidd in Shinobi World - The boss in Round 1 is named Mari-Oh and looks a lot like Mario.
  
• Doki Doki Panic - The Starman from Super Mario Bros. appears as a power up.
  
• Famicom BIOS - Mario and Luigi fight over the color of the logo.
  
• Famicom Grand Prix: F-1 Race - Mario appears on the box of the game.
  
• Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally - Mario and Luigi appear on the cover of the box.
  
• Family BASIC v. 2.0a - Premade tiles from Mario Bros. are included.
  
• Family BASIC v. 3.0a - In addition to the tiles from the earlier version, Mario characters are used in three of the Game Modes.
  
• Golf: Japan Course - Mario appears on the cover.
  
• Golf: US Course - Mario appears on the cover.
  
• I Am A Teacher: Super Mario's Sweater - A sweater with the Mario sprite is on the cover.
  
• Maniac Mansion - When you choose to Turn On Video Game, the first five notes of the Super Mario Bros. theme plays.
  
• Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! - Mario is a referee.
  
• Mother - One character asks if you've played Super Mario Bros. 7.
  
• Nintendo World Championships - A modified version of Super Mario Bros. was used for one of the game's sections.
  
• Pinball - Mario and Pauline appear in the bonus stage.
  
• Tennis - Mario appears as the referee. Umpire? Whatever they have in Tennis.
  
• Tetris - Mario, Luigi, and Peach appear if you complete Game B at Level 9, Height 5.
  
• Zoda's Revenge: StarTropics II - In Chapter 3, a pizza delivery guy riding a Koopa Troopa appears.

I think I might have to work on the cameos as a separate project entirely, or else this section will never go live. I've created most of the graphics and made a good start on the content as well, but it's no small job just to do one of these games, let alone the whole series.

So what I will be doing is doing a general update to the basic look and feel of the pages, reinstating the Easter Eggs for each game (as I still have this content hanging around), but work on each guide as a separate project.

Which will mean that, if all goes to plan, there will be some progress going online for this series some time this week.

This isn't quite a cameo, but it is one of the very few times something from a Yoshi series game crossed over into the main series. The Power Flower, which first appeared in Yoshi's Story, appeared in Super Mario 64 DS as a hat substitute powerup.
