Hey-o! 'S'ol' Shrikes here with some art!
Brock and Onix I based Brock on his art from Pokemon Adventures, since I liked that design the best, even moreso, I'm shocked to say, than his original anime look.
Misty and Starmie Misty's hair was pretty as it stood, and it sucked when I outlined it, so I decided to leave her hair be. Also, look at Starmie's gem. That glimmer is a smile!
Lt. Surge and Raichu I was a bit pissed off when I finished this, since I had saved before realizing "Oh, crap, his Johto look is cooler." I also might have given Raichu a hair-do, but the idea came too late.
Erika and Tangela Like with Misty, I decided not to outline Tangela's vines. I liked how Tangela turned out, but it was Erika I was most pleased with, though her left hand bugs me.
Koga and Muk Not my favorite. Koga's just so God-damned detailed. I liked making Muk, though. It was really fun putting together the corpulant ooze's slime folds.
Sabrina and Alakazam Alakazam's detail prevented me from putting him an intereting pose as well, but it was definitely fun making Sabrina. She turned out quite well. Run, Monty, Run! From the game "Monty on the Run." Gave him a backpack instead of a suitcase, since I figure it'd be easier escaping a country with a backpack. "Run, Monty, Run!" is the official title, not "Monty on the Run" as dArt would have you believe.

You know, that's actually EXACTLY what this was supposed to be. I'm experimenting with the style, trying to get it together so that, inevitably, I can make a comic in this style. (It won't be Pokemon, since the comic is MUCH older than most of my fan-writing, but it may have some cameos.)
Nester the Lark: Also, I know YL isn't into speedruns, but he might be interested to know that RPG Limit Break is having a Gust marathon all weekend, including several Atelier games.

nocturnal YL: Ah… Bad timing. I didn't read this until now, when it's almost over.

Nester the Lark: Well, if you're still interested, they'll be uploading the replays to their YouTube channel later this week.

Shrikeswind: I like that Mayles put her back in her kneepads. What's the last game they were in? One of the Kongas? It was a good look for her, albeit very 90's.

Shrikeswind: The jokes call to me, their siren song a temptation I can hardly bear, yet I must stay my tongue. Confound my dirty sense of humor.

Nester the Lark: The replies I see to anything Nintendo posts on Twitter are probably an indication as to why they abandoned Miiverse and decided that social media should be someone else's responsibility.

nocturnal YL: As mentioned in Twitter, I'm currently playing Atelier Meruru DX. I'm thinking about writing reviews for the Arland series afterwards, as well as making a second Nintendo Switch review video after I finish either this or my next game.

Nester the Lark: ^ I would be interested in seeing your reviews of the Arland games.

Nester the Lark: So, there's been Hyrule Warriors and Fire Emblem Warriors. But guys, how about this: Punch-out Warriors! It's like Punch-out, but you fight all of your opponents at once!

Shrikeswind: Sounds punchy, but unless it's a real knock-out I don't think it'd be a hit.
