Hey-o! 'S'ol' Shrikes here with some art! Brock and OnixI based Brock on his art from Pokemon Adventures, since I liked that design the best, even moreso, I'm shocked to say, than his original anime look. Misty and StarmieMisty's hair was pretty as it stood, and it sucked when I outlined it, so I decided to leave her hair be. Also, look at Starmie's gem. That glimmer is a smile! Lt. Surge and RaichuI was a bit pissed off when I finished this, since I had saved before realizing "Oh, crap, his Johto look is cooler." I also might have given Raichu a hair-do, but the idea came too late. Erika and TangelaLike with Misty, I decided not to outline Tangela's vines. I liked how Tangela turned out, but it was Erika I was most pleased with, though her left hand bugs me. Koga and MukNot my favorite. Koga's just so God-damned detailed. I liked making Muk, though. It was really fun putting together the corpulant ooze's slime folds. Sabrina and AlakazamAlakazam's detail prevented me from putting him an intereting pose as well, but it was definitely fun making Sabrina. She turned out quite well. Run, Monty, Run!From the game "Monty on the Run." Gave him a backpack instead of a suitcase, since I figure it'd be easier escaping a country with a backpack. "Run, Monty, Run!" is the official title, not "Monty on the Run" as dArt would have you believe.

Hey Shrikes, you think you can try to master the technique of not using outlines? Maybe that's fits for ya- (-lbl-)

You know, that's actually EXACTLY what this was supposed to be. I'm experimenting with the style, trying to get it together so that, inevitably, I can make a comic in this style. (It won't be Pokemon, since the comic is MUCH older than most of my fan-writing, but it may have some cameos.)

I like them. It's like a kid drew it- and I mean that in a good way.

New art, been a while. It's Monty Mole! Possible connection to the Mario species? Just a thought.
