Remember how 7 years after Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow were released, someone discovered a glitch enabling you to catch Mew in the wild? Now, 7 1/2 years after Melee was released, a glitch was found which lets you play as Master Hand. What takes these people so long? Try it yourself.

And then, YouTube user MAST3RLINKX found Yoshi's Infinite Flutter.... 20 minutes after he startted playing Galaxy 2. I guess gliches don't really take long to discover, it's just that back then people weren't that interested in abusing bugs.

Glitches sure sound like they are enjoyed by many people. They are often used in speed runs and were one of the things that made Street Fighter II popular.

Well said, Captain Obvious. Can anybody else think of any glitches that took 7 years to discover? I wannt see if Teev's theory about this "phenomenon" is real.

I suppose many games have a phenomenal glitches somewhere. It just takes a miracle to find them. Usually by accident.
