Manufactured by Konami? Interesting find.

Those artworks... They're a mix of Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. 3, aren't they?
The one with Mario having the drunk eyes, I can't remember where exactly was it first published.

I think the "crooner Mario" (as I call it) was done for Super Mario World. But the Bowser was SMB3 for sure. Still, yes, an interesting find! I'll have to add this to the list

It is seen on this card, and I also saw that artwork on a Japanese SMB telephone card with Peach and Mario where the plumber still wears red overalls like on the other card. I guess it's among the many Mario stock illustrations Yoichi Kotabe did in the 1980s. 800th post!

That card mostly contains SMB (or more precisely, SMB2:TLL) artwork from the pile of stock art. I wouldn't be that surprised if it turns out it was just one of those pieces of stock art from 1986. We had those massive scans submitted here once containing some unexpected surprises., like the SMW-era Goomba (Kuribon) stood amongst artwork that I know was from SMB2:TLL in 1986. And that Mario-sitting-in-a-classic-car that shows up occasionally and seems to be the basis for some Mario Karts.

I'm not sure, but I have them all saved to my massive official artwork file. I could re-upload them somewhere. But it'll have to wait until I am both at home and remember to do it

But it'll have to wait until I am both at home and remember to do it I wish there was a site that collected all the Nintendo artwork. GameHiker's (currently inactive) gallery offers artwork for the most famous franchises and a few lesser known games (and especially for the classics, many pictures are missing), but there would be a lot more.
