Lol at the comments. Yes it's a vertically-moving block from Sutte Hakkun. I personally like to translate "sutte" as "inhale" though (still the same meaning).
I somehow thought parrthead would get the score for this one. It's kinda obscure, but here it's a group of Nintendo gurus here, so it's not really that unknown. I love the game's music.
